LASER CUSTOMIZATION

Quando un prodotto è sottoposto ad incisione con laser 3D, la sua superficie viene colpita da un sottile raggio che asporta gli strati superiori del materiale,
creando un sottile intaglio. La qualità della lavorazione è massima, l’esecuzione estremamente rapida ed i costi di realizzazione molto contenuti.
Laser engraving is an innovative and quick method of permanentely marking contents on products. It consists in a non-contact process where the laser
beam removes the surface of the material to expose a cavity. The cavity reveals an image that is noticeable to the eye and touch.

LAVORAZIONI AD HOC
È possibile riprodurre qualunque elemento grafico (loghi, codici, testi, motivi ornamentali). La misura massima
della lavorazione è di 15x15 cm. Per effettuare l’incisione è necessario fornire un file vettoriale con esten-
sione .dxf, .dwg oppure .ai (Illustrator 8). Nel caso si disponga di file con estensioni diverse, potranno
comunque essere convertiti. I costi di questa operazione saranno oggetto di preventivo.
100% CUSTOMIZABLE
Laser engraving offers almost unlimited possibilities in terms of marking contents. It allows customized
marking of logos, codes, texts, shapes as well as any other graphic element. The maximum marking size
is 15x15 cm. You will be asked to provide your contents in vector format (.dxf, .dwg or .ai Illustrator 8
file). Other file formats can be converted. Conversion costs will be quoted on demand.

La marcatura con laser 3D è nota per la velocità d’esecuzione. I tempi
sono indicativamente 10 giorni, variabili in funzione dell’articolo scelto
e della quantità da personalizzare. Questa lavorazione si rivela ideale
anche per questioni di budget, in quanto non comporta costi d’impianto
e può essere utilizzata per personalizzare anche piccoli lotti di produzione.
QUICK AND COST-EFFECTIVE
The 3D laser engraving provides an extremely fast way to customize your products.
Processing time is approximately 10 days, although this may vary depending on the
number of item to be processed. It is also cost-effective since it operates almost entirely
without consumable materials and does not required special installations. So, this
method is ideal to customize even small product batches.

FLEXIBILITY
You can laser engrave a wide variety of materials including, plastics, stainless
steel and other metals. It can also be used to engrave coated materials, although
this is subject to verification depending on the kind of product as well as the colour and coating type.

La personalizzazione con laser 3D è permanente ed indelebile, non soggetta al rischio di scolorimento,
deterioramento o deformazione.
PERMANENT MARKING
Since the 3D laser engraving works on the top of the material, it leaves a permanent mark capable of
withstanding harsh environments, without deforming and discolouring.
TONALITÀ CROMATICHE
La personalizzazione con laser 3D non è eseguibile a colori. La tonalità cromatica della lavorazione
dipende infatti dalla composizione del materiale da incidere.
COLOURS
Laser engraving does not transmit color but it can change the color of the engraved item.
